		<description>Or it may mean I expressed myself badly. By "peaked," I mean that it may have moved from being a Shiny New Thing to being a tool, which generally means that growth slows. It doesn't mean liblogs become irrelevant--or even that conversations on and among liblogs decline or stop growing. In fact, I don't believe we're beyond blogging at all. I believe we may be past the point of "everyone oughta have a blog"--and that's probably a good thing.

As I said a little later in the post, even if my belief is right...
“Peaked” doesn’t mean “and is now falling apart,” to be sure. 

I don't think blogging or liblogging is falling apart. But then, I don't think we're beyond lists or email or telephones or print magazines or television either, so what do I know?</description>
