Here is what I said on one of the lists (buslib i think) --

"The report says that Xerox participated. I did not and neither did any of the other librarians in Xerox. When we looked further into it  we found the survey was completed by someone I had never heard of in the company. He is the "Director of Knowledge &#38; Learning". 

This position  includes corporate technical and certification training; the development and nurturing of all internal Communities of Practice; all internal Knowledge Management training and Knowledge sharing initiatives. He serves as a senior Knowledge Management consultant, as a senior Training and Training Management consultant, and as a senior training developer within Xerox Global Services.

No connection at all with the libraries at Xerox.

If all their other contributors are similar...."</description>
